What I'm working on at the moment

Currently the Sound Designer for the H. C. Andersen Hus in Odense, Denmark, a new museum that explores the life and work of Denmark's most famous son. It is an audio-led experience.

Developing a remote version of The Day I Fell Into A Book, my solo young people's show about reading and the imagination. Produced by FUEL.

Biog

A great deal of my work involves me combining sound design with composition, and I am used to being the bridge between composers / musicians and what the theatre piece requires.
I have made a number of headphone based Binaural works and have both written and directed plays for young audiences.

I am an associate member of Uninvited Guests, long term collaborator with Graeae Theatre Company and a founding member of SABAB (Sulayman Al-Bassam's Arab/Anglo company).

Previous collaborations with: Bryony Kimmings, Sheffield Crucible, La Fura Dels Baus, The Royal Exchange, Made In China, The Unicorn, Complicite, Nigel Barrett and Louise Mari, Berlin Nevada, Fuel, National Theatre, Tim Crouch, Theatre YOLO and Young Vic.
I have presented installations, audio trails and sonic art commissions for galleries, museums and arts festivals including the Cutty Sark, V&A, Tate Britain, Greenwich and Docklands Festival, Bristol Old Vic, ICA, Shunt Lounge, Battersea Arts Centre and Historic Royal Palaces.
