All About out presenters:

Lucy Williams - Job Share Panel Discussion

Lucy has been working in Theatre and Broadcast for nearly 17 years, specialising in Sound for 15 of them. Her career brought her to London in 2012 to open Singin’ in the Rain at the Palace Theatre, having spent two years in a regional rep house. With no formal training, Lucy has worked her way up and been very fortunate to work continually since. Her work has taken her through the worlds of Opera and the West End, to the Royal Albert Hall, The Globe Theatre and the RSC. She has also been a familiar face at the National Theatre for the last 12 years. Lucy prides herself on her ability to manage large scale events as an RF supervisor, and has worked a lot, particularly since the Pandemic, in RF and radio mics supervision for theatre on film.

10 years ago, Lucy had her first of three children and the rigorous schedules, antisocial hours and commitments of the theatre became deeply compromising when pared with parenting. She and her Partner have been trying to find that balance ever since. It’s an ongoing process…

Hannah Reymes-Clemerson - Job Sharing Panel Discussion

Having trained as a musician, Hannah made the switch to work in Sound 25 years ago, heading departments for 20 of those. Working extensively on shows internationally and in the West End, mixing shows including Blood Brothers, Fame, Flashdance, Anything Goes, Billy Elliot, Chicago, Little Shop of Horrors, Rent, The Color Purple, Jersey Boys, most recently Starlight Express, and many more. Over the years, she has been a mentor to many which prepared her to be a regular teacher on the Mixing for Musicals course at Orbital Sound. In 2018, Hannah embarked on the toughest but most rewarding gig yet... Motherhood!

Ollie Reymes-Clemerson - Job Sharing Panel Discussion

Ollie trained as a musician, and started mixing bands around the Midlands. He has production engineered shows on the UK touring circuit, and now, with over ten years of experience behind the mixing desk, Ollie currently serves as Head of Sound for Starlight Express London. He is part of the first ever job share in Sound, forging a new way and redefining what a career in technical theatre looks like for the next generation.

Anna Shahin - Audio Networking

Anna Shahin is Application Support Manager at Audiologic, a distributor for all things pro-audio, where she has worked for the last seven years since entering the industry. Anna has been recognized by the AV Awards and Inavate with the Rising Star Award and the EMEA 40 under 40 list. She is also a certified Dante trainer and regularly involved in industry events with Women in Live Music and Audiologic’s Audio Matters video series.

Melanie Wilson - Foley for Theatre & Master of Ceremonies

Ruth Sullivan - Foley for Theatre

Ruth Sullivan is an award-winning Foley Artist with hundreds of TV and film credits such as Killing Eve, Peaky Blinders, Scrapper, Bodyguard, The Death of Stalin, Mamma Mia!, One Day, Top Boy, Downton Abbey and Eyes Wide Shut. She also specialises in Live Foley, creating and performing sound effects on stage, and using Foley as a multi-sensory and tactile experience.
