Beyond the Audio Guide: Designing sound for museum and heritage sites.
A look at how technologies new and old can be used to harness the power of audio to help shape dynamic storytelling in the ever expanding field of museum experiences.
Lewis Gibson is a Sound Designer, Producer and Theatre Maker. He has spent many years composing music and designing sound for performance internationally including indoor spaces such as the Brooklyn Academy Of Music in New York, to outside environments like the Cultural Olympiad in Rio. More recently, Lewis has become involved in designing sound exhibitions for the Heritage sector, including the new H C Andersen Hus in Odense, Denmark.
