Our Panel is hosted by ASD Board Member Vicki Hill & Dr Lucie Clements

Previous work has included Legally Blonde (Regent’s Park), The Ocean at the End of the Lane (West End), Bach and Sons (The Bridge), Kurios (Cirque du Soleil World Tour), Evita (China Tour), The Lehman Trilogy (West End).

Seeta Mistry

Seeta has worked continuously in Musical Theatre Sound since leaving the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2008 with a degree in Stage Management and Technical Theatre.

Currently she is Head of Sound on My Fair Lady at London Coliseum and prior to that, Head of Sound on Mary Poppins at the Prince Edward Theatre.

In her career spanning almost 15 years, Seeta has worked on UK touring and West End productions, such as; The Sound of Music, Oliver!, The Lion King, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, Dreamgirls and Chess. She has also worked on events such as the Donmar Christmas Concert and The Show Must Go On. For a short period, between productions, Seeta worked full time at Autograph Sound Recording as a Technical Support Engineer (RF).

Wendy Baker

With a background in recruitment, a qualified counsellor and CIPD Associate member Wendy is the HR manager at Shure UK. Providing support to the team is her number one priority, plus all the “ HR stuff that comes with the role”. She loves a challenge and is known for coming up with an approach or solution to support and help to diffuse a disagreement or get a conversation started.  Wendy has a wide range of artists in her record collection and believes life would be very bland without music.

George Lumkin

George studied Technical Theatre at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and subsequently worked as a freelance sound engineer. He has a broad background, from fringe to the West End, touring and site-specific, theatre, live music, events and installations. George was Sound Technician at the Almeida Theatre in Islington from 2017, before joining The Bridge as Head of Sound in Spring 2020.
