27th May 2022
10.30am - 12.30pm
PEARL (Person-Environment-Activity Research Laboratory) is a unique facility to explore the ways in which people interact with their environment. It is a massive space in which life-sized environments can be created under controlled conditions, to examine how people interact with their environments. We can manipulate the ground, simulate different lighting conditions, create soundscapes and concoct smells.
See their website here.
ASD Member Steve Mayo is specialist lead - sound, and has kindly offered to show us around!
