Registration

£50 deposit & £15 admin fee – £65.00
Your deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your loan period, dependant on equipment being collected and returned in a timely manner, with all parts present and correct, in a satisfactory condition.

Payments will be taken and refunded using PayPal. If you prefer your deposit can be added as a credit to your account for the next time you wish to renew your membership.

- Nagra 7 recorder, with bag and battery

- Sennheiser Esfera microphone

- Sennheiser Esfera rackmount surround decoder (optional)

To be eligible for this scheme you need to have been a member of the ASD for at least 12 months.

You will need to provide a standard sized SD card to record your work onto. A 4GB card will provide 6hrs of recording time at CD quality.

You will be emailed instructions on how to pick up the equipment from the National Theatre.

Equipment is available for collection between 3pm and 5pm on the Monday afternoon (Tuesday for bank holidays).

Please return equipment between 10am and 12noon on Monday morning (Tuesday for bank holidays).

Outside those hours there is no guarantee that staff will be available to check in and out the equipment to you.

If you return the equipment late you are impacting on the next ASD members loan of the equipment, and your deposit will not be returned to you. Your access to this scheme may also be limited.
